Welcome - Centerpoint Community Services is a project of Shreveport SRO (Single Room Occupancy) Inc. Centerpoint serves as the source of information on human services in the Shreveport and Bossier City area of northwest Louisiana, and offers specialized services to the homeless, including assessment, referral and case management. Centerpoint also operates the 2-1-1 Information & Referral program, which serves 11 parishes in northwest Louisiana. Anyone seeking assistance can dial 211 from a land-line telephone and connect to the 2-1-1 Call Center. It is a local call from any one of the 11 parishes Centerpoint 2-1-1 serves. The database of agencies contained on this site, providing free access to the public searching for assistance, is maintained by 2-1-1. Centerpoint also assists in coordination and collaboration among persons who are interested in the improvement of social service delivery, and offers avenues for information sharing and communication for service providers.
