This will return most relevant matches first, and then others that include any of your search words in the Louisiana (statewide) Services Network database. 2. To narrow your results by Zip Code, input your Zip and select the desired distance in the drop-down menu provided. For a more advanced or refined search, including a specific city, town, or county (parish), try an Advanced Search and complete those search fields that may assist you. The Common Searches below are a good starting point for frequent assistance types. After clicking on the search, narrow your results by zip code and update results.
